Vacancy: Regional Representative of the SwiftLogist platform

We are building a strong team to grow our partner network worldwide and are looking for a motivated and experienced regional sales representative.

Responsibilities:

• Selection and training of agents.
• Setting tasks and monitoring KPI implementation.
• Analysis of regional performance results and reports to the head of sales department.
• Identifying new opportunities to attract customers.

Requirements:

• Experience and knowledge:

• 2+ years of experience in sales or affiliate network management.
• Knowledge of the regional market and logistics sector.

• Personal qualities:

• Organization and responsibility.
• Ability to develop and motivate a team.

Terms and Conditions:

The company offers:

• Salary from 12,000 euros per month.

• A regional representative receives 10 euros for each client attracted by agents in their region. The more clients in your region, the higher your income.

Example: A regional representative coordinates 20 agents who together attract 60 x 20 = 1,200 clients. His remuneration is: 10 euros x 1,200 = 12,000 euros.
