We are looking for a lawyer to work on a real estate project: construction of apart-hotels in Antalya and Bali.

Main responsibilities:

communication with government agencies;
Reporting;
Drafting contracts in Ukrainian and English;
Communication with residents of new projects/concluding contracts with them;
Communication with a notary;
Providing legal support to the company;
Monitoring and analyzing legislation related to construction and real estate;
Development and implementation of legal strategies for the effective operation of the company.
Conclusion and control of contracts with clients, partners and suppliers;
Ensuring compliance with legal norms and requirements.
Requirements:

Higher legal education;
Experience as a corporate lawyer for at least 5 years - in Ukraine or abroad;
Knowledge of corporate legislation, especially in the construction sector - will be an advantage;
ability to make analytical conclusions and make decisions in difficult situations;
High responsibility; result-oriented;
Ability to work in a team and good communication skills;
Knowledge of English at an above-average level.
