International company founded in 2016, with offices in Europe, with products focusing on the European markets – showing extensive growth and is gaining on strong popularity among customers.
Due to fast development, the company is expanding its team and is looking for an Affiliate Manager for the EU market. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a few partnership programs in EU market
• Developing bonus programs and promotional campaigns for existing partners and attracting of new ones
• Participating in the development of new promo materials and analysis of their conversion
• Working with partners, controlling payment operations
• Setting strategic goals  for the growth of the program and tasks to achieve them
• Monitoring the quality of traffic, identifying unsatisfactory traffic
• Weekly reporting, analysing of productivity

 Skills & Qualifications Required:

• 1+ years of experience in Affiliate marketing in i-gaming, understanding the essence and peculiarities of the market
• Experience in working with webmasters, marketers, partnership programs
• Understanding of partnership markets, sources of traffic that webmasters use
• Basic knowledge of SEO, PPC, and email marketing
• Ability to rate effectiveness, count KPI’s
• Knowledge of CPA, CPL, RevShare, eCPM + CPC
• Upper-Intermediate level of English
