But, agree, one cannot be a true master without our fantastic team! So, we are building a systematic sales department and looking for a talented B2C sales manager like you! Candidate location: Ukraine, Europe. This job is fully remote.

We have been providing services in San Francisco for 1 year.

What we expect:

First and foremost, proficiency in English (C2) and an understanding of the American dialect for communication with customers.

• Willingness to work in the evening shifts and flexibility regarding time zones.
• Experience as a sales manager or in a similar position related to household services.
• Ability to understand customer needs and respond quickly and effectively.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt.
• Excellent organizational skills, autonomy, attention to detail.

Rate is $800 USD (working on a 2/2 schedule).

• Working hours: 2 days in 2 days (8:00—20:00 PDT). A great balance between work and rest!

• Salary payments 1−2 times a month (as per employee’s preference).

What you will need to do:

Answer VoIP calls and process requests in CRM.

• Work in the California time zone.
• Follow established scripts and enhance them.
• Guide clients from the moment of inquiry to service completion, providing them with a sense of security and satisfaction.
• Support the effective operation of the department: meeting sales targets, quality control.
• Work with clients after service (collecting feedback, handling complaints).
• Complete reporting on your work.
