Your main responsibilities:
- promotion of the company’s products and services in the German market;
- organizing the launch of products and brands in the German market;
- developing specifications and tasks for creating graphic elements for marketing activities;
- establishing lead generation for products in the German market;
- analyzing and adjusting the strategy and tactics of promoting the company’s services, analyzing advertising channels;
- researching the German market and competitors;
- analyzing marketing metrics, identifying growth points;
- creating and promoting landing pages for products and product categories;
- selecting communication channels, developing a go-to-market strategy for the German market;
- developing customer personas and customer journey maps;
- segmenting the client base;
- negotiating and organizing work with contractors, bloggers, agencies, etc.;
- organizing participation in external events/holding own events;
- organizing customer surveys, gathering and analyzing information, organizing marketing activities based on this data;
- organizing budgeting, planning, reporting, and document flow.
For the job you will need:
- experience working as a marketer in the German market for at least 5 years;
- experience in developing a marketing or go-to-market strategy;
- experience launching a product/brand in a new market;
- knowledge of English and German at Upper Intermediate level or higher;
- creativity, analytical thinking, and a result-oriented approach.
