Role Description:
We are seeking an experienced professional to take full ownership of the company’s warehouse and logistics operations. You will be a key figure ensuring the seamless flow of goods from the supplier to the end consumer, as well as supporting the operational activities of our retail stores.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Inventory and Warehouse Management:
- Organize and control the timely arrival of goods at the port and oversee their customs clearance; communicate with brokers.
- Accept, store, and ensure proper storage conditions for all products in the warehouse.
- Organize timely shipment of goods to our retail stores according to a fixed schedule.
- Process and dispatch online orders to customers in accordance with established timelines.
- Conduct regular inventory counts at the warehouse and in stores.
2. Financial and Administrative Tasks:
- Ensure timely receipt of payments from partners (e.g., pharmacies).
- Timely transfer of financial documents and receipts to the accounting department.
- Handle payments for utilities and other operational expenses.
- As needed, organize minor repair work and resolve technical issues at the office and stores.
3. Partner Relations:
- Manage the delivery of goods to wholesale clients (pharmacies).
- Monitor accounts receivable.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Adherence to the store shipment schedule.
- Compliance with online order dispatch deadlines.
- Accuracy of inventory counts.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role (Warehouse Manager, Logistics Manager, Operations Manager).
- Experience with imported goods and an understanding of customs clearance procedures in Cyprus will be a major advantage.
- Excellent self-organization skills and a high sense of responsibility.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Languages: Fluency in Greek and/or English is mandatory.
