We are currently expanding and seeking a motivated Truck Dispatcher to join our team. This is a full time job, Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm CST. Remote work. 

Key responsibilities:

• Organize and oversee load assignments, including planning, booking, and scheduling shipments for drivers.
• Maintain active communication with drivers, brokers, and customers to guarantee on-time pickups and deliveries.
• Monitor driver routes and provide continuous support and real-time updates.
• Strategically plan loads to improve operational efficiency and reduce expenses.
• Handle rate negotiations with brokers to ensure high-margin freight.
• Make sure all operations comply with DOT guidelines and internal procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in logistics or trucking (reefer experience preferred).
• In-depth knowledge of the U.S. freight industry, including key lanes, pricing trends, and regulations.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable using TMS platforms and major load boards like DAT and Truckstop.
• Capable of troubleshooting and resolving issues quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if needed.
