Position: Legal Counsel (Real Estate & Commercial Law)
About the Company:
We are a dynamic international development company based in Bali, specializing in the construction of apartment hotels and real estate projects across the island. As our operations expand, we are looking for a qualified Legal Counsel to support our legal processes, particularly in the areas of land law, commercial contracts, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal support on real estate transactions, including land acquisition, leasing, and property development
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts (with suppliers, contractors, partners, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian land laws, zoning regulations, and business licensing requirements
• Liaise with local notaries (PPAT), government bodies, and legal consultants
• Assist with due diligence and verification of land titles, permits, and company documents
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on company operations
• Maintain organized legal records and documentation

Requirements:

• Law degree from a recognized university
• Minimum 3 years of legal experience in real estate, commercial, or corporate law (preferably in Indonesia)
• Strong understanding of Indonesian land and commercial law
• Fluent English (spoken and written); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a strong advantage
• Ability to work independently and communicate with local authorities
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and organizational skills
• Must be legally eligible to work in Indonesia (Indonesian nationals or expats with proper work permit)
