Your tasks will include:
• Formation and implementation of short-term and long-term strategies for the development of the partner network
• Participation in the formation of value propositions for partners, conducting company and project presentations
• Participation in the development of tools for promoting our product among partners and their training
• Development of sales through the agency channel, support and maintenance of the current partner base, establishment of long-term relationships with existing partners
• Search for new channels to attract partners
• Holding meetings with new and existing partners, as well as events aimed at increasing brand loyalty and increasing sales
• Negotiations and conclusion of cooperation agreements with real estate agencies, brokers and investors around the world
• Working with partner requests, maintaining customer databases.
• Interaction with related departments (marketing, IT, legal department, accounting)
• Work with CRM, data analysis, reporting
Our ideal candidate:
• Has successful experience in real estate sales
• Knows the Antalya real estate market
• Has high communication and negotiation skills
• Works with CRM systems
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Meet or Zoom
• English, Russian
