Responsibilities

As a Financial Consultant / Part-Time CFO at 2CFinance, you will:

• Act as a trusted finance partner for clients (startups, scale-ups, SMEs, funds).
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Prepare and analyze management reports and dashboards.
• Manage fundraising, M&A, or due diligence projects.
• Optimize cash flow, internal controls, and finance systems.
• Support crisis management or restructuring when needed.
• Work closely with founders, CEOs, and investors to drive growth.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in finance, audit, consulting, or corporate roles.
• Solid knowledge of financial analysis, reporting, and business modeling.
• Experience in transaction services or fundraising support is a plus.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Fluent in French (English is a strong asset).
• Entrepreneurial mindset, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
