What We’re Looking For:

- Proven experience working with influencers promoting online casinos or gambling products, specifically on the Turkish market;
- Strong negotiation skills in English or Turkish;
- Deep understanding of the gambling vertical and Turkish audience behavior;
- Familiarity with platforms used to promote gambling brands (e.g., Twitch, Kick, YouTube, Telegram, etc.) and different content formats;
- Experience in identifying and vetting relevant influencers, using analytics and influencer marketing tools;
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail;
- Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented mindset.

 Responsibilities:

- Search for and recruit influencers (primarily streamers/bloggers) to promote our casino brand on the Turkish market;
- Negotiate terms and collaborate directly with influencers or their managers;
- Track and evaluate influencer performance and campaign effectiveness;
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key influencers;
- Maintain and organize an influencer database (segmentation, ratings, collaboration history);
- Monitor market trends and competitors — stay up to date with streaming and gambling promotion trends in Turkey;
- Prepare performance reports and documentation.
