OPERATIONS DIRECTOR (Antalya)
Company: ANTA Group — a construction company specializing in building apart-hotels and residential apartments in Antalya.

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Operations Director to work from our office in Antalya and ensure the effective operation of all internal company processes.

Main Responsibilities:

• Organize and oversee the daily operational activities of the company;
• Coordinate the work of all departments (construction, administration, finance, marketing, sales, etc.);
• Monitor performance, deadlines, and quality of work;
• Optimize internal processes to increase efficiency;
• Manage, motivate, and develop staff;
• Communicate with partners, contractors, and suppliers;
• Prepare and present regular reports to company management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a managerial or operational position (preferably in construction or a related industry);
• Fluent Turkish — required;
• Russian or English — at least one is required;
• Strong organizational and communication skills;
• Ability to manage teams and delegate tasks effectively;
• Result-oriented, responsible, and proactive approach to work.
