📌 This brief is for managing the social media of our Hoxton (London) location.
In addition, we have optional projects (see Optional Add-Ons section) that will be commissioned separately depending on scope and workload. These are not part of the base role but may be taken on for additional pay.
1.1 Local Social Media Management Brief
Objective:
Boost visibility and engagement for Banya No.1 - Hoxton across key social platforms, with a focus on high-impact visual storytelling. This includes consistent, localised content on Instagram and Facebook, as well as expanding our reach via short-form video platforms like TikTok and YouTube Shorts. The goal is to drive awareness, profile visits, and ultimately bookings.
1.2 Scope of Work (Flexible hours – Fully Remote):
- Content Creation & Publishing:
- Consistent posting on Instagram, Facebook and Tiktok (Reels, carousels, static posts, stories), with a focus on storytelling and products.
- Expansion into YouTube Shorts with short-form vertical videos.
- Use in-house materials and creatively repurpose user-generated content (UGC).
- Ensure content is aligned with the brand tone and visually cohesive.
- Monitor local UK/London trends for relevance and apply insights to Reels, Stories, Shorts, and make reports and recommendations for content creation.
- Video Editing:
- Basic, fast-turnaround editing for vertical videos (Reels, Shorts, Stories).
- Template Development:
- Create new branded templates for press mention, celebrity visits, client reviews, blogs and other content pillars, including education carousels for in-feed and story formats.
- Meta Business Support:
- Assist with obtaining the Meta Verified badge.
- Make use of Meta Verified benefits (increased reach, customer support, etc.)
- Community & Bookings Management:
- Monitor and respond to DMs and comments across all platforms. Support clients with direct online bookings via the booking system (full training will be provided).
- Reporting & Collaboration:
- Report directly to the Head of Brand Marketing.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Brand Marketing on content themes, offers, campaign messaging, and brand alignment.
- A monthly list of priorities and campaigns will be provided, but a freelancer is expected to proactively suggest additional content ideas that resonate with the UK audience.
- Provide a monthly summary report with key performance highlights and short analysis.
1.3 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Short-term (3–6 months):
- Raise social traffic share from 2.6% → ~5% of all sessions
- Raise revenue share from 0.5% → 2–3% of all sales
- Long-term (12 months):
- Hit 8–10% traffic share from organic social
- Hit 5–7% revenue share
2. Optional Add-Ons – Budget to be allocated and confirmed based on scope and workload:
- Grow brand presence on LinkedIn
- Launch and grow a unified global Instagram and Facebook presence (e.g., @gobanya.global) representing all Banya No.1 locations
- Full strategy and end-to-end management of the Founder’s personal brand (Andrei Fomin) on LinkedIn & Instagram — strategy, content, publishing, community, and growth.
- Manage other Banya No.1 locations (e.g. Tbilisi)
