Position: Assistant to the Founder (Dubai-based Group of Companies)

Main Business Areas: Real Estate in the UAE: An agency combining property operations, consulting, and construction — from selection and analytics to improvement, sales, and project management.

IT Projects: Several technology ventures in the development stage, aiming to create unicorn-level products — platforms that transform markets.

Automotive Business: Purchasing, restoring, and reselling cars, including premium and rare models, with a focus on auctions and profitable deals.

Who We Are Looking For: A person eager to grow together with the business, capable of taking responsibility, systematizing processes, managing tasks and people, supporting strategy development, and ensuring its implementation.

What Matters: Proactivity, honesty, responsibility, and energy.

Ability to think systematically while acting flexibly.

Desire not just to complete tasks but to participate in building a large-scale project from scratch.

Knowledge of both Russian and English.

Salary Policy: Based on over 20 years of experience, hiring expensive specialists from the market is often ineffective. We prefer to nurture and grow our own talents. At the start, we compare candidates’ salary expectations, as this is a market-driven process and we aim to build an efficient business. Our intention is not to pay below the regional baseline. However, if you expect significantly higher compensation, you must clearly explain in your application why this would be beneficial for us compared to more affordable alternatives.
