Your Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat
Assist with inquiries related to contracts, unit selection, and website navigation
Provide clear and helpful information about products and services
Support customers in their decision-making process and resolve user-related issues
Troubleshoot technical issues, identify causes, and offer practical solutions
Collaborate with internal teams when needed to solve complex problems
Maintain a positive, customer-first approach in every interaction
What We’re Looking For
Fluency in Turkish and English, both written and spoken (minimum B2 level)
Additional languages are a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional telephone manner
A genuine interest in helping customers and a proactive, hands-on attitude
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in customer service or call centers is an advantage
