Your responsibilities
- Provide organizational and administrative support to the Financial Director
- Plan meetings, travel, and manage the calendar
- Participate in meetings and prepare minutes
- Handle documentation, reports, and correspondence
- Monitor financial news and legal regulation updates
- Prepare analytical materials and translate documents
- Coordinate workflows and ensure task completion
Our requirements
- Higher education (preferably in finance or economics)
- At least 2 years of experience as an Assistant to a Manager or Office Manager
- English proficiency at B2 level and Polish at B1 level, Ukrainian will be additional attitude
- Strong command of Excel and ability to work with numerical data will be an advantage
- Excellent organizational skills, accuracy, and ability to plan and work independently
