ANTA Group is an international real estate development company building apartment hotels and investment properties in Bali and Antalya.

We are looking for an experienced Lawyer to join our team in Bali and provide legal support for our real estate and construction projects.

🔹 Responsibilities

• Preparation, review, and legal support of various types of contracts.
• Working with real estate Sale & Purchase Agreements and other property-related documents.
• Legal support of real estate transactions and property acquisitions.
• Preparing and reviewing contracts with contractors, construction companies, and subcontractors.
• Reviewing legal documentation related to construction projects.
• Identifying and assessing potential legal and contractual risks.
• Preparing amendments, agreements, claims, notices, acts, and other legal documents.
• Providing legal advice to the management and project teams.
• Monitoring and analyzing legislation related to real estate, construction, contracts, and commercial activities.
• Legal due diligence of partners, contractors, and counterparties when required.
• Ensuring that company agreements and transactions comply with applicable local legislation.

🔹 Requirements

• Law degree and relevant professional experience.
• Practical experience as a Lawyer / Legal Counsel.
• Strong knowledge of real estate and contract law.
• Experience with real estate transactions and property purchase agreements.
• Experience working with construction contracts and contractors.
• Understanding of legislation related to real estate development and construction.
• Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.
• Ability to identify legal risks and provide practical solutions.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for assigned tasks.
• Previous experience in real estate or construction is a major advantage.
• Experience working with international or foreign real estate projects will be a strong plus.
• Knowledge of Indonesian / Balinese real estate and construction legislation is highly desirable.

🌴 Location & Work Format

📍 Bali, Indonesia — office-based position

This is not a remote position. We are looking for a lawyer who is ready to work from our office in Bali and be directly involved in the company's real estate and construction projects.

🕘 Schedule

Our standard working hours are 09:00–18:00, Monday to Friday.

The schedule is relatively flexible, with the main focus on quality and timely completion of assigned tasks and responsibilities.

💰 Salary

$1,000–$1,500 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
