Duties:

• Handle and resolve customer complaints providing the best customer experience
• Investigate complaints, troubleshoot issues and identifying trending problems
• Report bugs to the technical team

Requirements:

• Very good English skills
• Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
• Perfect communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
