Post-Sales Manager

Salary: $1,000–$1,500 fixed monthly salary + bonuses for each completed deal

We are a real estate development company specializing in the construction and development of modern apartment hotels. We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Post-Sales Manager to join our team and take care of clients after they purchase their property.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with clients after the purchase of real estate
• Become the main point of contact for clients throughout the post-sale process
• Guide clients through all stages after purchase, including documentation, payments, property preparation, and handover
• Coordinate communication between clients and internal departments, construction teams, property management, and other partners
• Keep clients informed about construction progress, deadlines, and important updates
• Handle client questions and requests promptly and professionally
• Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience after the deal is closed
• Identify additional client needs and opportunities for upselling relevant services
• Follow up with clients regularly and build long-term relationships
• Maintain accurate client information and update CRM records

Requirements

• Previous experience in post-sales, customer success, account management, real estate, or a similar client-facing role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
• Customer-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving skills
• Proactive approach and attention to detail
• Confident communication in English
• Experience working with CRM systems is a plus
• Experience in real estate or hospitality is a strong advantage
