Due to expansion, we are looking for a cool B2C Sales Manager to join our team.
We provide upholstery & rug cleaning, Christmas lights installation & take down, window cleaning,gutter cleaning & repair and power washing. Nothing complicated, these services are in constant demand.

Due to the large number of incoming applications, we are looking for a B2C sales manager to join our team!

What we offer you:
- Guaranteed rate - in CAD+ you will have a % of the turnover, so your monthly income will be more than C$1500+ in the first 3-4 months (subject to meeting the outperformance indicators and conversion rate of more than 40%)
- Salesman earns more than $1000+ from the 1st month of his work. New salesperson Ilya earned more than $1219 in the 2nd month of his work.

For our part, it is very important that you are proactive, ambitious, a good listener, able to solve problems in a short time and be familiar with the CRM system, and:
You know English (spoken and written) at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level;
You have experience in the North American market (advantage);
You have at least 6 months of experience in telephone sales or call center operations in an English-speaking market.
Your TASKS:
- Handle all incoming/outgoing calls.
- Enter information/comments after the conversation with the client in CRM.
- Check work emails and process requests immediately.
- Work with potential clients: identify their needs, provide recommendations and advice on the company's services.
- Fulfill sales plans by clients, products and revenue.
- Fill in the daily manager's report on a regular basis.
- Continuously develop (attend trainings, read books).
CRITERIA FOR MEASURING THE QUALITY OF WORK:
- Your sales plan is above 90%+.
- Your conversion rate of closing deals is 40%+.
- You made 50+ calls from 30 seconds.
- Correctly filled out lead card in CRM with a comment on the regulations.
- Tasks with an unexpired deadline opposite each lead in CRM.
- Strict adherence to the work schedule (at least 40 hours per week).
- Completed adaptation plan.
