UPCOMING CHALLENGES:

• Communicate effectively with outsourcing firms responsible for company accounting in various countries.
• Oversee the preparation of tax reports by outsourced accountants.
• Ensure accurate tax payments to meet compliance and audit requirements.
• Review accounting entries and ensure an accurate reflection of financial transactions.
• Facilitate document exchange and maintain clear communication channels.
• Analyze and classify expenses (marketing, travel, reimbursement expenses, etc.), ensuring proper accounting treatment.
• Account, analyze, and forecast all expenses, excluding payroll-related costs.
• Forecast tax assets/ liabilities based on changing business circumstances.
• Assets accounting and control.
• Develop automation tasks and preparing finance-focused briefs for developers.
• Collaborate with internal departments to gather necessary financial data.

EXPECTED SKILLS:

• Experience in the accounting field for 3 + years.
• Russian - fluent
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or finance field.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of international accounting standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• ACCA diploma or DipIFR.
• Experience in using 1C Software.
