• Organization and maintenance of order in the office space;
• Coordination and control over the execution of office processes;
• Providing the office with the necessary materials and resources;
• Coordination of work with managers, delivery services, technical workers;
• Carrying out various tasks of the director and supporting employees

Requirements:

Work experience in a similar position from 1 year;

High organization and attention to details;

The ability to work in a team and the ability to solve problems;

Confidence in using office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Competent oral and written communication;

High responsibility and result orientation;
