Requirements:
- Outstanding abilities in organizing and managing time effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Advanced professionalism and the capacity to uphold confidentiality.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Organize CEO's travel plans, including booking accommodations and transportation, to enhance their travel experience.
- Develop and manage the CEO's calendar, prioritizing meetings and tracking appointments.
- Manage tasks, provide reminders to supervisor, and communicate deadlines, meetings, and other events.
- Monitor all incoming emails for the CEO and ensure they are directed to the appropriate parties.
Would be a plus:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
