Your main responsibilities:
- Monitor all the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including the cleanliness of all guest rooms and public areas.
- Oversee the housekeeping department budget, take inventory, and ensure there is a stock of adequate cleaning supplies.
- Lead, hire, and train hotel housekeeping staff to adhere to our high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
- Inspect the villas/area to determine areas that need repairs and/or maintenance.
- Establish and implement operating procedures and standards.
- Ensure that departmental levels of KPIs are in line with hotel objectives.
- Prepare monthly departmental forecasts and yearly budgets together with General Manager.
- Review regularly standard operating procedures, and update policies and procedures
- Record and keep data regarding work assignments, and prepare reports daily
Your main qualifications/skills:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in housekeeping management as an executive housekeeper or other similar position
- Knowledge of hotel management software
- At least 2 years of experience in 5-star hotels
- Fluency in English, a second language is a plus
- Demonstrated leadership skills and commitment to guest services and satisfaction
