1. Assortment and positioning management:
• Work with the current assortment; analysis; formation of a portfolio of brands and SKUs; price positioning; competitor analysis;
• Development of innovative and renovated assortment with own R&D and third-party organizations;
• Adaptation of products and labeling in accordance with local legislative requirements; work with certification;
• Work with packaging.
2. Marketing communication:
• Marketing planning of support by country;
• Adaptation (sometimes ...
development) of creative materials / unique platforms for specific markets;
• Search for contractors (ATL / BTL / TTL agencies): conducting tenders; project work; documentary support; implementation of planned ATL and BTL projects;
• POSM: development; manufacturing; distribution.
3. Trade marketing:
• Planning (together with markets) of trade marketing projects; promotional plans for networks; calculations; protection; implementation; analysis;
• Work with HO: relocation of equipment; documentation; resolution of customs issues.
4. Work with co-packers:
• Introduction of new products and adaptation of products from other markets;
• Pricing and working conditions;
• Contractual support;
• Coordination of work with third parties (suppliers) for unique raw materials.
5. Marketing research:
• Planning of marketing research;
• Tender and documentary support;
• Implementation of 360 with selected contractors.
6. Commercial support:
• Formation and optimization of value chain;
• Product mix;
• Calculation of efficiency models;
• Conclusion of supply contracts;
• Support in managing importers / distributors' funds;
• Participation in negotiations with importers.
7. Participation in exhibitions:
• Planning of exhibition events;
• Coordination and implementation of participation in exhibitions;
• Documentary support;
• Processing of collected contacts.
8. Development of new business:
• Analytics of potential markets using Global Data;
• Formation of portfolio offer and benchmarks in the market; target price positioning;
• Studying possibilities of product adaptation;
• Preparation of specifications.
