Работаю в Гуртам более 5 лет и успел поработать в разных структурах компании под руководством разных менеджеров. И хочу заметить, что у всех руководителей всегда было человеческое отношение, что не везде можно встретить, и это сразу подкупает. На каждом этапе адаптации и затем в течение всех лет менеджмент реально вкладывается в сотрудников и помогает расти. В целом и про атмосферу в командах могу сказать только позитивное.
Касательно самореализации - если не сидеть на месте и стараться привнести что-то новое, да даже просто если включаться во все активности, которые компания предлагает - есть все возможности для развития. Как по вертикали, так и вглубь своей должности. Успел поездить по ... различным выставкам в разных уголках света, выступить на массовых мероприятиях, поучаствовать в вебинарах на ютубе, и попробовать на себе миллион других ролей за время работы в компании. По мере развития и в росте ЗП всё отражается - за что очень благодарен компании.

Gurtam is my first IT company. When I relocated to Georgia, this company gave me an opportunity not only to stay afloat, but also to start a career in a new field. With huge support and motivation, I quickly achieved my first career milestones and I'm excited to keep moving forward.

I started working remotely in Batumi, but after attending the Gurtam Big Week event in Gurtam's Tbilisi office I decided to move there and work in the office.

I think Gurtam is a great company. Although this is my second place of work, I can say with firm confidence that I have not regretted starting work here for a second.

The company has a large number of advantages, but I would like to focus on two of them (the main ones in my opinion): the internal atmosphere and support. Working here, you will always be surrounded by good people, with whom you will want to learn something new. Even if you don’t know something, they will always come to your aid and help you.
