Работаю в Гуртам более 5 лет и успел поработать в разных структурах компании под руководством разных менеджеров. И хочу заметить, что у всех руководителей всегда было человеческое отношение, что не везде можно встретить, и это сразу подкупает. На каждом этапе адаптации и затем в течение всех лет менеджмент реально вкладывается в сотрудников и помогает расти. В целом и про атмосферу в командах могу сказать только позитивное.
Касательно самореализации - если не сидеть на месте и стараться привнести что-то новое, да даже просто если включаться во все активности, которые компания предлагает - есть все возможности для развития. Как по вертикали, так и вглубь своей должности. Gurtam is my first IT company. When I relocated to Georgia, this company gave me an opportunity not only to stay afloat, but also to start a career in a new field. With huge support and motivation, I quickly achieved my first career milestones and Im excited to keep moving forward.
I started working remotely in Batumi, but after attending the Gurtam Big Week event in Gurtams Tbilisi office I decided to move there and work in the office.

I think Gurtam is a great company. Although this is my second place of work, I can say with firm confidence that I have not regretted starting work here for a second.
