2014 – Now : “Astra Marin” group of companies ( boat trips and restaurant service) – first three years I
worked as a cook. Since 2017 I have been working senior sous chef and purchasing manager. It a seasonal
work.
2014 – 2022 : Between a seasons I worked as a cook and sous chef in such projects as : restaurant “Runo.ru”
( beach restaurant); café “Volkonsky”; project, theater – “The Faceless”; “Volchek” catering company. I
also worked in two places as a food purchasing manager : food delivery company “Dostaevsky”; restaurant
“Syrovarnya” from Novikov Group.
2013 – restaurant “Veranda” (restaurant at the amusement park) / cook; restaurant “Taverna Grolle” (fish
restaurant) / cook
