Briefly about my experience and current position.
I’m marketing professional with a solid background: 15+ years of marketing experience in international FMCG companies - Coca-Cola, SABMiller, Henkel, Mondelēz. I was working in 2 CIS countries (Belarus & Russia) in Trade & Brand marketing departments.
I have holistic experience in marketing & business management: brand strategies & communication, digital marketing, portfolio management (transformation & NPDs), management of business (including financial) performance, price strategies, work within end-to-end process (with all functions), & of cause people management with 2 years’ experience of leading the teams.
My current position is Marketing Director responsible for Bakery category in Mondelez Rus.
I speak English fluently, and currently actively learning Polish.
