1. Developing a business plan, marketing strategy, and achieving PMF (Product-Market Fit).
2. Building a team of over 100 people, including 8 key managers: establishing and optimizing business processes, planning, task execution control, and achieving KPIs.

5. Implementing end-to-end analytics systems (Roistat/AppsFlyer), integrating ClickUp, Helpdesk, developing an internal CRM system, and a custom analytics system.
6. Ensuring service profitability and competitiveness, improving staff efficiency through internal strategic projects, and introducing key department metrics.
7. Managing a customer base of 150K+, acquiring and retaining over 5K+ clients monthly.
8. Managing key financial product metrics and generating reports on key indicators (CPL, CAC, Retention, NPS, ARPU, ARPPU, LTV).
Achievements:
1. Exceeded the revenue target by 3 times in the first year.
2. Reached 3rd place in traffic among competitors.
3. Achieved 3rd place in transaction volume on the platform in the first year, capturing approximately 10% of the market.
4. Built the marketing, sales, and development departments from scratch, growing to 100 employees within a year.
5. Implemented a new monetization model, attracting $4.8M in operating funds to the platform.
6. Completed a full product redesign, based on deep customer development and problem interviews with over 200 respondents.
