I have experience in full-cycle recruitment for iGaming projects. I handled the entire recruitment process: sourcing, screening, conducting interviews, gathering feedback, and managing job offers. I worked with various job platforms (LinkedIn, Djinni, DOU, HeadHunter), managed multiple open positions simultaneously, and coordinated the hiring process with hiring managers. I ensured a positive candidate experience at every stage, negotiated offer terms, and supported candidates through to their first day on the job. On average, I sent out 4–5 offers per month and tracked the effectiveness of the recruitment funnel.

I have experience in HR operations and supporting the full employee lifecycle. I was responsible for implementing and maintaining HR documentation, documenting processes, and organizing data. I coordinated onboarding, supported employees during their probation period, and participated in offboarding processes.
