Досвід роботи:
6 years of experience as a senior auditor position.
• Lead the team on audit engagement with the role of planning and organizing the work of member’s team;
• preparation of consolidated and combined reports (P&L, Balance sheet, Cash Flow, Notes) according IFRS;
• audit of financial statements according to IFRS and GAAP;
• Analyses and description of business cycles of revenue, purchases, production and payroll, also assessment of internal control environment, performance analysis of budgets and preparation of recommendations on improvement of internal controls, budgets, accounting policies;
• communication with personnel of the Client in all stages of preparation and audit of FSs (including: discuss of issues to IFRS reporting, reflection of unusual transactions, questions about adoption new IFRSs);
• communication with foreign colleagues in case of audit;
• collect and validate data for ad-hoc reporting;
• participation in internal projects of the company in order to optimize operational processes;

Master of Accounting and Auditing
Професійні та інші навички:
• DipIFR (rus) passed;
• CAP (rus) – passed;
• Languages: Russian – native, Ukrainian – fluent, English – Pre-intermediate;
• Ability to formulate ideas using any documents in a laconic and convincing way;
• Proficiency with MS Office, primarily Excel;
• Knowledge of 1C, including ability to process big data volumes;
• Analytical mind;
• Ability to ask critical questions and find answers;
• Ability to organize own and team's work;
• Strong communication skills;
• Ability to work in the team.
