For the last 3 years, I have completely immersed myself in working with people. Why? Everything is simple. My empathy and communication skills help when working with them. I know the basics of working with a group of people, group dynamics. I consider a developed partner position and flexibility to be my strong competencies. They are the ones who help me build effective work in any team. For a large amount of time, I have learned to find a common language with different people, smooth out conflict situations and demonstrate an individual approach to everyone.
I am always open to new learning and development, as I get not only pleasure from the process, but also benefit for myself.
Besides work, there are several hobbies.
The first is football. I play in the Watford football team (not the one in England). We are performing at the Moscow Urban Cup competitions:)
The second is delicious cooking. Relatives say that Italian cuisine is my specialty. The third is skiing ⛷
