In project management courses, I led a team of five people. We have been working on a web application release plan, the purpose of which was to optimize the process of booking places by visitors in partner establishments. In the process of working on this project, I gained experience in using Jira Software, learned the decomposition of tasks, and gained experience in creating: WBS, SOW, Mind map, Cost baselines, Critical path way, RACI matrix, Stakeholder register, and risk management strategy.
I also want to draw attention to the fact that from the first days of training I became the leader of my team and got into a group for a more in-depth study of the project management process.
Also in the past I was involved in buying real estate and selling at a higher price, I managed the renovation process from start to finish and communicated with contractors personally
