Daily production support (provision of reserve, internal calibration, tracking expiring calibration dates, making measurement instructions);
Organization of work according to the basic principles of ISO/IEC 17025 and ISO 9001;
Maintaining a calibration process of more than 1,000 measuring instruments in Access database;
Testing and measuring appliance parts and materials;
Interaction with suppliers (signing contracts, requesting financial documents, organization of work in factory area);
Main projects:
MES i4.0 production line automation (SAP adjustment, coordination with IT and PLC engineers, creating demands and specification, training for managers and staff on the production line, launching process coordination);
Metrology KPI increase (developing alternative suppliers, coordinating the provision of measuring instruments with production staff, reducing time losses with main suppliers);
Metrology budgeting (annual budget planning, cost optimization process, analysis of the used equipment in production for the necessity of calibration).
