Noteworthy responsibilities:
- Holding IT on-boarding sessions for all new hires based in Kyiv.
- Managing deliveries to the service centers.
- Provisioning laptops.
- Carrying out a wide range of responsibilities to support all Ukrainian offices (Managing A/V for most events; Ensuring the proper tracking of inventory; Ordering technical equipment; Collaboration with service centers).
- Managing the access control system.
- Supporting the Accounting team’s infrastructure.
- Working with the Jamf MDM to complete various tasks.
- Managing Windows 10 computers with Microsoft Intune MDM (Deploying apps, Windows Autopilot, etc.)
- Basic knowledge in bash and power shell scripting.
- Basic knowledge in Linux (Ubuntu).
- Level 1 support for the entire global workforce – supporting and troubleshooting (password resets, printer configurations, ticket routing, and escalation to Level 2 and Level 3 support.
- Experience in using the FreshService and ServiceNow Helpdesk Systems
- Basic experience in the Okta(checking information, adding users to the proper groups, password and 2FA reset, etc.)
- Carrying out regular maintenance of meeting-room A/V equipment and dashboards. (configuration and administration Zoom and Google Meet).
- English level A2
