About my personal work experience, professional achievements and skills: · In addition to small industrial and public facilities, I developed the project of a dealer center in Kaliningrad. After approval of the showroom interior project, the customer ordered the development of facade solutions, which I went to present in Kaliningrad, and after they ordered a draft master plan. · The customer owned 7 car dealerships and undeveloped land. The task was to diversify the risks and make an offer what can be built in this area in terms of generating income in the future. I analyzed the area, offered to build a Medical Diagnostic Center, a market with a food court, and after that it was supposed to develop an entertainment infrastructure. We also managed to demonstrate the pre-project concept of the CDC before the February events (after the projects were suspended). · I led the project of reconstruction of an administrative building near the Obvodny Canal in St. Petersburg. The historic building has 4 floors and we built on the 5th floor. On this object, I personally went to the chief architect of the city to coordinate the architectural permission. · A production facility with a built-in office part, kept working documentation on it. At all projects, I interacted directly with the customer and suppliers of materials.
