Today:
Dev team management (3-5 developers, part of a big team) for support and speed optimization of a search engine (Elastic). In addition we are working on relevancy search engine results improvement. This search engine used by large chain of stores (B2C) across the country.

Management of dev team (3 developers) for development of a desktop SIP-client application. Application could be used on TV media office for redirecting incoming calls and processing votes in TV-polls.

Before:
Project management (15-25 employees) for development of a mobile app for the car owners for providing government web services (paying fines, producing documents, etc.). Application was successfully published in app stores (Google play, Appstore, AppGallery) and using in pilot mode in some regions of country together road police.

Project management (10-15 employees) for designing and development of a mobile app for real estate owners for their interaction with management companies and local authorities (sending complaints, ordering services, chats, voting at general meetings of real estate co-owners).

Project management (7-10 employees) for designing and development of a financial risk management web application for an airline company. MVP was published in 3 month. Main objective was modelling cycle speed optimization (1M iterations of Monte Carlo Simulation) from 72 hrs up to 3 hrs (about 3,5k values of risk factors was modelled per each iteration, up to 6k budget values calculated per each iteration). Product successfully released and used as internal solution.

R&D project management (2-3 developers) for designing and development of a video analytics application based on neural network (computer vision) for industrial safety compliance for an energy company. MVP successfully passed competition qualification of customer.

Project management (3-7 developers) and analyzing requirements (as business analyst) for web application development. Major goal of app is a dynamic discounting between buyers and sellers. Application was successfully released and supported by us since 2017.

Project management (2-3 developers) for development of a web application based on open-source CMS for magazine subscribing and newsletters. Application was produced as SaaS (application service provider) purpose.

Overall have been analyzed more than 15 different business process, used by the company in optical fiber networks creation, which eventually have been unified and reduced to 2 for the entire business process.

All unified business processes was implemented and supported in project management system for employees and vendors (15k users).

Also designed and implemented about 7 tools for administration of project management system: utilities and reports for optimizing bulk setting (more than 1.5k roles, where each role has 4 attributes of a different type)
