For the last few years I have been traveling "one way", often not knowing where I will be in a few days. This experience helped to
feel the spirit of Agile values at a fundamental level. An important part of my life is exploring the inner world by practicing meditation
(3 completed 10-day Vipassana courses). Practice helps to increase the level of emotional intelligence, as well as to understand the
principles of a Lean approach to people's internal resources. During my life I have managed to try out many types of extreme sports
from skydiving (55 times) to climbing Elbrus. This experience has taught me to be persistent, to be able to step towards fears,
assessing all risks, to fall and rise.
