- Leading QA team (7 manual qa and 2 automation qa): tasks distribution between team members based on seniority level, knowledge of product and preferences; risks assessment on the project and within the team (possible delay in testing/regression phase); QA team progress tracking (daily meetings coordination), iteration planning (capacity and velocity calculation);
- Test Plan and Test Strategy creating;
- Interviewing QA specialists on the project
As manual tester:
- Perform manual functional testing of desktop application by using created test cases and checklists;
- Requirement clarification and analysis – communication with BA to cover all requirements with test cases and therefore provide testing with high quality.
Experience in JIRA; Postman; Swagger; TestRail
