- Upgrading and maintenance of IT infrastructure (>300 branches, >1000 pcs of net equipment and >100 pcs of
server equipment);
- Regulations creating for IT staff and contractors;
- Creating of specifications for equipment buying and services;
- Controlling and coordination of contractors.
Achievements:
- Upgraded >75% of IT infrastructure;
- Created the specifications: technical support and helpdesk work regulations, contractor’s actions during the
equipment swapping, SLA for ISP contracts;
- Created the document templates of one-time and periodical equipment buying;
- Created the scheme of IT infrastructure element’s interworking (increasing of transparency).

2014 - 2016 Network engineer, ISP LLC "Net by Net Holding" (MegaFon)
Responsibilities:
1) Integration of new networks into common ISP’s network:
- Configuring of network equipment;
- Upgrading of network equipment and net schemes (net topology);
- Moving clients to new BRASes and billing systems.
2) Testing of new technologies and equipment.
Achievements:
- United 4 regional networks with common parent network;
- Tested 3 samples of net equipment, wrote the reports about testing processes and results;
- Tested and started TR-069 in the pilot region (Axiros и Friendly).

2012 - 2014 Network engineer (from the mid 2012 - Middle Network engineer), local ISP LLC "Alternativa"
Responsibilities:
- Managing of ISP’s net equipment: L2-, L3- and Wi-Fi (>100 pcs);
- Upgrading equipment and topology;
- Elimination of accidents;
- RIPE DB managing.
Achievements:
1) Updated ISP’s network (swapping equipment and changing the topology):
- Deployed AAA with BRAS Cisco 72xx via RADIUS;
- Deployed Linux + MikroTik BRASes;
- Swapped core routers and switches to MikroTik CCR/CRS;
- Deployed MSTP, iBGP + eBGP;
- Optimized the cost of leased communication channels;
- Deployed Nagios, backup system.
2) Wrote Linux BRAS script (Netfilter + Bash).
