I graduated from Kherson State University with a degree in
software engineering. I studied for 5 years and received a degree - a
specialist. Since the 4th year of study at the university, I started working at
DataArt. This is a foreign outsourcing company. Almost 2 years later I
received an offer from the Dutch company ChainBalance for the position of
software developer.
In parallel, I took part in the development of insurance in Ukraine. Being a
financial advisor in one of the top brokers in Ukraine EUlife Group. Through this
collaboration, I have the opportunity to attend various personal development
trainings. Which took place both on the territory Ukraine and beyond. These
trainings helped me develop my soft skills. Close communication with a large
number of clients has raised my level of communication to high step.
For the last 2 years I have been in the position of PM in small projects. I cannot
say that I have become a cool PM during this time, or maybe I have my own idea
or criteria for evaluating this position. I expected that during this time I could
acquire more skills and be more experienced. But the projects and the size of
the team and the competencies of the participants gave me not so many skills.
Also, recently, together with project management, I was a senior curator in
programming courses. Closely communicated with many students and curators
as well. I can easily switch from one task to another and keep all the important
information in your head.
I try to automate everything to the maximum and arrange it so that everything
works efficiently, and fast. So that I can do the most important things that will
help grow the company or the business I'm in. To create conditions in which
the whole team could to show the best results.
I am a supporter of a healthy lifestyle and have always tried to be active since
childhood. Ever since high school, I have always won every local athletics
competition. At the university, I became the winner at my faculty in athletics.
And already in 2015 year I became a member of the Ukrainian record for
kettlebell exercises. Later, we beat the whole team this record and became 2-
time record holders.
Sports activities and team play brought up in me a sense of achievement and
team spirit. This is very important because I understand how to behave in the
team in which you are, and how to build relationships and what efforts need to
be made to achieve the desired result. Sport brought up in me the desire to
achieve goals and not stop in front of obstacles.
I have always set an example for my family in sports. I'm sure it's very good for
them.
I am a very responsible and reliable person and always try to help anyone who
needs my help.I am sure that I will be able to show my best qualities and show
a good result during my cooperation with you.
