Vimpelcom Network Optimization project. The goal of the project is to improve the key indicators of the network without changing equipment. The term is 1 year.
Tasks:
- Formation of a schedule for the entire project and for contractors;
- Budget planning and resources for execution, monitoring and control of implementation;
- Management of contractors: distribution of the scope of work, confirmation of the closure of work;
- Weekly meetings with the customer;
- Collection of data from the project team, preparation of financial reports on accepted objects, protection of the report to the customer;
- Analysis of network coverage and development of recommendations. Analytical tools - Python, Excel.
Results:
- The main indicator was fulfilled - an increase in 4G speed by at least 10% without loss of traffic and a decrease in communication quality;
- The project was recognized as one of the most specialized in Eastern Europe.
2. May 2018 - June 2021
Equipment replacement project (from Ericcson to Nokia) in the south of Russia, more than 3000 base stations. The term is 3 years.
The role on the project is an analyst.
Tasks:
- Delivery of objects for which equipment replacement has been implemented;
- Analytics and monitoring of the implementation of key project indicators;
- When identifying deviations from the target indicators, the analysis of the causes, the direction of the task to the technical department;
- Regular communication with the customer, reporting and presentations;
- Analysis of the validity of fines on the part of the customer;
- Management of subcontractors.
Results:
- Achieved a multiple increase in packet traffic;
- The project was recognized as one of the most specialized in Eastern Europe.
3. May 2017 - May 2018
A project to change equipment (Huawei to Nokia) for Megafon in Moscow and the Moscow Region. The term is -1 year. The role on the project is the manager for the delivery of objects.
Tasks:
- Coordination of interaction between the customer, financiers and Nokia engineers;
- Coordination of the financial and technical part of the project with the customer;
- Control of the start of work, compliance with stages and deadlines;
- Analysis of the validity of fines.
Results:
- Provided delivery of 250 objects per month;
- Proved the unreasonableness of the fines, saving more than 70 million rubles.
