Tasks and achievements:
- In the block of tasks for optimization, I improved the site loading performance by 3 times, thereby increasing the conversion to the game by 30-40% and retention by 10-15%. A huge number of tasks were performed, from removing heavy libraries with subsequent writing of their own functionality, to optimizing the project build.
- Implemented the architecture for deploying the game on two platforms: Web and Facebook Instant Games
- Participated in the development of our own tool for web game analytics.
- Took part in connecting and setting up payments in the game (Stripe, FBInstant.payments)
- Modified the infrastructure around the project: CI (GitHub Actions), E2E tests (Playwright)
