Dear Sir/Madam,
Are you looking for an experienced manager with excellent communication skills? I am writing to your company because I am very interested in working in the hotel business.
My first step in the hotel industry was in the Milan Moscow Hotel 4* where I have been working for half a year as a hotel receptionist. I was very lucky because I had been working during the 2018 FIFA World Cup. I got great experience and desire to develop further in the hotel business.
In addition to this, I have worked as Night Manager position for Sheraton Moscow Sheremetyevo Airport Hotel 5*, where for the last two years I have been responsible for being the first point of contact for all guests visiting the hotel. Apart from my superb customer service skills, I am also fully competent in front office operations, dealing with guest’s queries, checking guests in and out, operating the telephone switchboard, and allocating guest bedrooms on the hotel booking system and this is only a small part of my real responsibility.
I believe I will be an asset to your company because I am disciplined, communicative, organized, responsible, easy learning, sociable and I speak English fluently. I am not afraid of difficulties. My key skill lies in being able to ensure that guests feel welcomed and valued so that when they leave it’s a certainty that they will be back.
Right now, I am at the stage in my career where I am ready to work for a prestigious and reputable company like yours.
Please do not hesitate to contact me regarding a possible interview. I enclose a copy of my CV and hope you will look favorably upon my application. I look forward to hearing from you.
Yours faithfully,
Malyshev Artyom
