My first step in the hotel industry was in the Milan Moscow Hotel 4* where I have been working for half a year as a hotel receptionist. I was very lucky because I had been working during the 2018 FIFA World Cup. I got great experience and desire to develop further in the hotel business.

In addition to this, I have worked as Night Manager position for Sheraton Moscow Sheremetyevo Airport Hotel 5*, where for the last two years I have been responsible for being the first point of contact for all guests visiting the hotel. Apart from my superb customer service skills, I am also fully competent in front office operations, dealing with guest’s queries, checking guests in and out, operating the telephone switchboard, and allocating guest bedrooms on the hotel booking system and this is only a small part of my real responsibility.
