Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop.
Extensive knowledge in architectural design, construction materials, and technologies.
Experience in developing architectural projects from the initial design stage (conceptual) to all stages of
project documentation.
Ability to work with regulatory documents.
Basic proficiency in English language.
PERSONAL:
Ability to work in a team as a lead project architect.
Coordination of work between architects and other specialties (structural engineers, related disciplines
such as heating, drainage, plumbing, low-voltage systems, electrical).
Ability to search for information in all available sources.
Developed leadership qualities (uniting the team, effectively distributing tasks among subordinates,
collectively solving complex issues that arise at different stages of design, approaching any issue
creatively, offering several solutions).
Quick adaptation to work programs, enabling the completion of tasks within short deadlines.
