PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE ENTER ENGINEERING – Tashkent, Uzbekistan Project manager 2023.04- Projects: • Methanol to Olefin (MTO) • Installation of zeolite gas purification and drying. • Automobile gas filling compressor stations. My specific responsibilities include: • Receiving material requisitions and mechanical datasheets from the Design and Development Center (DDC) for the equipment we intend to supply. • Providing the necessary Material Requisitions (MR) and Mechanical Datasheets (MDS) to the design team. Additionally, expediting the development of key vendor documents in line with the project plan and deadlines for equipment delivery. • Initiating the procurement and contracting process for materials after obtaining approval for design documents from DDC. • Coordinating the transportation process for all materials to the manufacturing shop. • Overseeing and expediting the manufacturing process. • Coordinating the transportation process for delivering materials to the project site. • Maintain open communication with all stakeholders, including DDC, vendors, and internal teams. • Establish regular project update meetings. • Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans. • Implement quality control measures at each stage of the project to meet or exceed specifications. MTO project adheres to the ASME standard, and all documentation and communication with individuals involved in the project are conducted in English. For instance, our design development partners include the Italian company WOOD, the American company Air Product, and the Indian company Chemtex. Furthermore, I have been involved in establishing the manufacturing facility, Enter Steel Karakul, dedicated to producing the equipment supplied for the MTO project. This involvement included: • Creating the plot plan for the vessel manufacturing shop. • Organizing the placement of equipment to align with efficient production lines. • Coordinating the procurement and transportation of shop equipment. • Overseeing the installation process. • Managing the coordination for obtaining all required certificates and other necessary documents.
