As the HR, Safety and Training Manager at Caterpillar dealership in Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan, I lead all HR operation and strategy processes for the Caterpillar dealership in Kazakhstan. With over 15 years of experience in learning and development, I have successfully designed and implemented training programs, competency assessments, and talent management systems for various roles and functions in the organization.
I have also contributed to the company's performance, engagement, and retention by developing a grading system, a compensation package, and a KPI framework that align with the business goals and the market standards.
