Dmytro Tryhubenko - Резюме Project/Product Manager

Over the last 5 years, I've been managing web and mobile software development, leading teams from one developer to 30+ members. On top of Project Management, I also have expertise in Product and Delivery management, as well as Business Analysis. By mixing these into what I call being a 'Software Producer', I lean towards the role that fits the specific endeavor's phase and needs the most. During the earlier years of my career, I wore many hats until my startup-phase company grew in headcount. I gained experience in operational management, HR, hiring, procurement, email marketing, and community management. Over time, I 'got rid' of most non-PM responsibilities through documenting, delegating, and overseeing them through my direct reports. On top of being a confident Project and Product Manager, I consider my diverse early experience my unique strength, allowing me to excel at communicating with teammates, as well as at planning and executing work. My university and internship tech background helps me speak with software developers, as I understand their language and common problems. As for my personal life - I basically manage it as a business with values, goals, metrics, iterations, risks, time tracking, calendar time blocking, specified habits and routines to keep it running smoothly and sustainably despite inevitable bumps.
