Good afternoon, I am Pavel (Architect Technician) I am 24 years old, I want to offer you my services, which I will now tell you how and attach a vail with a resume about myself below.
Basically my duties include:
*Designing projects from scratch, photos or drawings of clients as their renderings.
*Do all architectural sheets (except general plans) You can familiarize yourself with photo files 1-13, taken from different projects of mine. (AS WELL AS ALL THIS CAN BE USED TO CREATE YOUR OWN SITE AND PLACING ON IT YOUR WORKS (HOUSES).
*Permanent communication with clients until the delivery of the project.
But as practice shows with the time of work in different companies, from time to time, you have to help the team and take their responsibilities on themselves, which is a lot to learn. After that, my duties began to include:
*Ordering windows, doors + other materials
*Structural drawings (Walls)
*Inventory on the production floor
*Minimum estimates (on a template)
*Schematic electrics
*Working with electricians, concrete workers and other coworkers over the phone.
*Schitka volumes (in the program AFTER THE PROJECT WILL BE SPROJECTED, you can see ABSOLUTELY ALL QUANTITY OF MATERIALS WHICH WILL BE COSTED ON HIM (space, volume and the rest) is a very big help to speed up and simplify the drafting of estimates.
I have only been working with frame house companies lately. If you are interested, I can show you the projects, which I have 60+, if you like them, we can discuss it and a few of them you can buy (FILES - ARCHITECTURAL DRAWINGS IN FULL COMPOSITION, SOME PROJECTS ALREADY HAVE FROM THE FOUNDATION TO ELECTRICAL, SEWERAGE, ARCHITECTURAL AND STRUCTURAL PART, FINISHED FINISH (THAT YOU CAN SEE IN PHOTO FILES 20-27 (P.S. IT'S JUST A COUPLE OF SCREENSHOTS OF THE PROJECT ITSELF)).
I want to say that I don't know English very well, but it won't stop me from using a translator and doing things you are good at. Thank you for your time!
